| Course Description |
The WMD Hands-On Training (8-hour) course is an eight-hour course that provides the responder with hands-on practical exercises that give the responder the ability to perform triage and decontamination procedures, classify residual contamination through the use of survey and monitoring equipment, and conduct scene survey and safety. As part of the eight contact hours for this course, the responder performs hazardous materials technician operations at a toxic agent training facility. |
