Snapshot: HID training

Students participate in a hands-on exercise during Barrier Precautions and Controls for Highly Infectious Disease (HID) training this week at FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness. The four-day HID course teaches healthcare providers to safely treat patients with a highly infectious disease while reducing the risk of infection to others.
