Class 3: Flammable Liquids

Class 3 flammable liquids consist of any transported or potentially transported liquid with a flash point:

  • At or above 100 °F
  • Of not more than 140 °F

Examples of Class 3 liquids include acetone, gasoline, methyl alcohol, and toluene.
