Before completing and submitting your application, you will need the following:
1. A copy of your acceptable form of REAL ID.
- Per DHS, all students attending resident training at the Center for Domestic Preparedness in Anniston, Alabama must provide an acceptable form of REAL ID. A list of these may be found here: TSA Acceptable ID List. In order to complete the training application, you must attach a copy of the REAL ID you plan to bring with you to the training event. You will need to save a copy of your ID in one of the accepted file types: PDF, Word, JPG, BMP, TIF, PNG (max 4MB) before starting the training application.
2. Correct Sponsoring Organization (Employer) Information
- Organization/Employer Name is required and must be your employer, educational institution, or organization the training is supporting - not your name, SID number or job title. None, N/A, and similar responses will prevent processing of your application.
3. Correct Supervisor Information
- Your application must be approved by your supervisor or the head of your sponsoring agency. You cannot list yourself as your own supervisor.
- This must be the person you directly report to within your organization, including a verifiable business phone number and email address.
