2022 Tribal Training Week registration now open

Registration is now open for the Center for Domestic Preparedness’ annual tribal training week, the largest event of its type in the Department of Homeland Security.

The 2022 event will span five weeks, beginning in early March, and include eight resident training offerings on the CDP campus in Anniston, Alabama, the week of March 5-12 and 16 virtual training offerings between March 14 and April 7.

The training is open to anyone who works in an emergency response capacity and is affiliated with one or more tribal nations or the Indian Health Service.

Eligible responders can apply to attend Tribal Training Week by visiting the CDP website at https://cdp.dhs.gov/apply, entering their FEMA Student Identification Number (SID), and typing (not cutting and pasting) in the PROMO Code for the desired course.

Those who do not have a FEMA SID can apply for one at https://cdp.dhs.gov/femasid/register.
