CDP announces 2026 Law Enforcement Theme Week
The Center for Domestic Preparedness’ 2026 Law Enforcement Theme Week will be held September 20-26 at the center’s Anniston, Alabama, campus.
During the week of training, the CDP will host one iteration for each of the following courses:
- Field Force Operations
- Law Enforcement Protective Measures for Complex Incidents
- Field Force Extrication Tactics
- Law Enforcement Response Actions for CBRNE Incidents
- Surveillance Detection
- Law Enforcement Active Shooter Emergency Response
The training week will culminate in a hands-on exercise involving all students applying their newly acquired skills to resolve simulated scenarios involving protests, CBRNE incidents and terrorist threats in realistic training environments.

CDP training is completely funded for state, local, tribal and territorial emergency responders to include roundtrip airfare, meals, lodging, tuition and any equipment required during training.
