CDP continuing work on mobile app
CDP continues work on a mobile app to assist responders in applying for CDP training.
FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness is continuing work on a mobile app to assist responders in applying for CDP training.
Once it’s launched, prospective students and alumni will also be able to use the app to search for available course offerings using a search feature or QR code.
Additionally, it will have the phone numbers and organizational email addresses of key CDP departments and a navigation link, which individuals can use to track their physical location on campus.
Officials in the CDP’s Information Technology Directorate say in addition to having certain functions, the app is being designed to work on both Apple and Android operating systems.
They add the app should now be available sometime in 2023.
