CDP has openings in upcoming IC Course
FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness has seat openings in its resident Incident Command: Capabilities, Planning and Response Actions for All Hazards (IC) Course in late September.
IC is a three-day course which provides responders in supervisory positions with an understanding of how decisions made by responders from various disciplines can impact the handling of a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or explosive (CBRNE) incident. The course prepares participants to serve as members of an incident management team through an immersive curriculum, culminating with a real-time, scenario-driven tabletop exercise.
CDP training for state, local, tribal and territorial first responders is fully funded by the Department of Homeland Security, to include round-trip transportation, lodging and meals.
