CDP releases non-resident, indirect training numbers for March
The CDP this week released its non-resident and indirect training numbers for March.
According to the numbers, the CDP conducted 25 non-resident courses for 826 responders and delivered 8 indirect courses to 128 responders during the month.
Non-resident courses are delivered by contract CDP instructors at locations across the United States. Indirect courses are delivered by volunteer responders to others in their organization or community, or both. The volunteer responders must be graduates of the courses they instruct as well as the CDP’s Instructor Training Course.
The 25 non-resident deliveries during March included delivery of the CDP’s Field Force Operations Course to members of Delaware’s Emergency Management Agency; the Rochester, Minnesota, Police Department; and the mobile field force unit of Western Wayne County in Michigan. It also included delivery of the CDP’s Law Enforcement Protective Measures Course to Los Angeles, California, Police Academy recruits and the CDP’s Field Force Command Executive Course to members of the North Carolina State Capitol Police Department.
The 8 indirect deliveries, meanwhile, included delivery of the CDP’s Hospital Emergency Response Training Course to healthcare workers in North Kansas City, Missouri; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Arlington, Texas; and New Brunswick, New Jersey; and delivery of the CDP’s Standard Awareness Training Course to responders in Joliet, Illinois, and Harrisonburg, Virginia, and Honolulu Police Department Academy recruits in Waipahu, Hawaii.
