CDP releases September resident course schedule

The Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) has released its resident training calendar for the month of September.

Hazardous materials offerings include the center’s Respiratory Protection: Program Development and Administration Course.

The CDP’s law enforcement offerings in September include Field Force Extrication Tactics (FFE) and Field Force Operations (FFO) courses.

Healthcare offerings this month include the center’s Hospital Emergency Response Training for Mass Casualty Incidents (HERT) and Healthcare Leadership for Mass Casualty Incidents (HCL) courses, which will culminate in an Integrated Capstone Event or ICE – a comprehensive exercise where students work together to respond to simulated mass casualty incidents.

Also, during this month, the CDP will host its inaugural Law Enforcement Training Week Sept. 7-13 and its 10th annual Tribal Nations Training Week Sept. 20-27.
