CDP releases Virtual Instructor-Led Training schedule for May

The Center for Domestic Preparedness has released its Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) schedule for the month of May.

The schedule includes 50 offerings on a wide range of topics, from ‘Contact Tracing for Transmissible Infectious Disease’ and ‘Hospital Incident Command System’ to ‘Hazardous Materials Personal Protective Equipment Determination and Considerations’ and ‘The Right to Protest and Law Enforcement Response.’ 

VILT sessions typically run about one to two hours.

Responders can participate in the courses from work, home or any other location using a computer or compatible mobile device capable of running Adobe Connect. A phone (landline or cellular) is needed to call into a phone bridge. Participation via the virtual classroom and the phone bridge is required to receive a certificate of completion.

Two business days prior to training you will receive an email with additional information about the course, to include the virtual classroom link and instructions, and the phone bridge number and pin.
