CDP updates offerings in NPCC

FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) recently updated its list of training opportunities in the National Preparedness Course Catalog (NPCC). The update includes numerous Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and other web-based courses the CDP has incorporated into its library of training offerings since early 2020.

The NPCC is a web-based catalog of all FEMA training opportunities for first responders, managed by FEMA’s National Training and Education Division.

The CDP is now working to update its listings in the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC) training catalog.

The NDPC, of which the CDP is a member, maintains web-accessible and hardcopy catalogs of all training opportunities available through its member organizations.

The NPCC list can be viewed at www.firstrespondertraining.gov/frts/npccatalog, while the most recent version of the NPDC catalog (dated 2019) can be seen at https://ndpc.us/training/ndpc-training-catalog/.
