Distance learning course teaches bomb material awareness
FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) offers responders a wide variety of self-paced, web-based training courses which can be accessed anywhere, through a computer or mobile device.
Among the offerings is Bomb-Making Materials Awareness: Your Role, which uses an immersive, storytelling approach to teach the public how to identify and report suspicious activity associated with bomb-making materials. The 40-minute course was developed by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s Office for Bombing Prevention.
