A law enforcement instructor at the Center for Domestic Preparedness since 2021, Randall Lambert has a 30-year background in law enforcement, including experience with hazardous materials, SWAT, and field force.
He served as the weapons of mass destruction coordinator for Butler County, Ohio, and is currently the division commander for Patrol, Aviation and Tech Rescue.
Lambert has responded to numerous to numerous local and national incidents in his career, including floods and hurricanes Katrina and Ida. He has an associate degree in criminal justice and is a graduate of FEMA’s Emergency Management Basic and Advanced Emergency Management academies in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
