In the Spotlight: Stephanie Coley

Stephanie Coley has served as part of the FEMA SID Help Desk Team at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) since 2014, assisting prospective and current students with their individual accounts.

However, she’s been part of the CDP family about twice as long, having started in 2007 as a part-time role player where she helped add elements of realism to the CDP’s training exercises.

Coley transitioned to full-time work as a clerk for the CDP’s indirect training team six months later. There, she helped with classes presented by volunteer instructors throughout the nation. She later accepted a job as a travel clerk, preparing vouchers for resident students, before moving into her current position.

Coley said she’s thankful to be part of the CDP family.

“I am grateful to be a part of an organization which delivers so much knowledge to those who serve their communities,” she said.
