National Disaster Medical Service trains at CDP
The HHS National Disaster Medical Service (NDMS) trained at the CDP in late August.
NDMS personnel worked on enhancing their Tactical Critical Care Team capability, which includes deploying and setting up expeditionary medical facilities in the field.
NDMS team members are medical professionals who supplement federal, state, local, tribal and territorial resources and provide critical emergency care in the wake of disasters or emergencies.
