Openings in October EMO Course
The Center for Domestic Preparedness has available seats in its Emergency Medical Operations for CBRNE Incidents (EMO) Course October 24-30.
EMO is a four-day course where responders are taught how to effectively respond to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, explosive (CBRNE) or mass casualty incident. The class includes extensive hands-on training and culminates with a demanding practical exercise.
The EMO course is coupled with the Intermediate Hands-On Training for CBRNE Incidents (HOT-I) Course, a one-day course which includes training at the CDP’s Chemical, Ordnance, Biological and Radiological, or COBRA, training facility.
CDP training for state, local, tribal and territorial responders is fully funded by the Department of Homeland Security to include transportation, lodging and meals.
