Seats available in combined HMA/HMA Train-the-Trainer Course
The Center for Domestic Preparedness has seat openings in its combined Hazardous Materials Awareness (HMA) / HMA Train the Trainer / Incident Complexities - Responder Actions for CBRNE Incidents (ICR) class, which is scheduled for June 21-25.
HMA trains first responders to identify hazardous materials and associated protective actions, utilizing the latest U.S. Department of Transportation Emergency Response Guidebook.
ICR is a hands-on course focused on mass casualty response, decontamination procedures, scene survey and safety, and monitoring.
CDP training for state, local, tribal and territorial first responders is fully funded by the Department of Homeland Security, to include round-trip transportation, lodging and meals.
