Snapshot: Donning protective masks

Law enforcement officers practice donning and doffing protective masks during the Public Order and Public Safety: Basic (POPS-B) course at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP). Students in the course learn protest types and actions, legal considerations, responsibilities of public order units, and crowd control methods. Hands-on activities throughout the class allow students to practice learned skills in a realistic context.
