Snapshot: Emergency Response Training

Responders decontaminate a ‘patient’ during the Center for Domestic Preparedness’ Hospital Emergency Response Training for Mass Casualty Incidents (HERT) Course. The three-day offering teaches responders how to properly use personal protective equipment as well as triage and decontaminate both ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients.
