Snapshot: Managing Public Information for All Hazards Incidents Training

The CDP’s four-day Managing Public Information for All Hazards Incidents Course teaches responders about the responsibilities of a public information officer and various methods of emergency communications.

Students also learn about strategic communications planning, message development and delivery, and how a joint information center operates.
