Target Analysis and Community Planning for Hazardous Materials

Explores requirements, processes, and considerations for analyzing and developing prepared response plans for hazardous materials hazards and threats in a community. Examines elements of an integrated hazardous materials and terrorism/extremism emergency plan; discuss effective planning team membership; and reviews the process and considerations for the analysis and pre-planning process. A review of an integrated analysis and preplan for a community hazard is conducted to illustrate intended outcomes of the process.
