Overview
The Key Planning Factors and Considerations for Response to and Recovery from a Biological Incident (Bio KPF), Distance Learning (DL) Course, based on the similarly named guidance document, is designed to support the creation of plans and closure of response and recovery knowledge gaps by introducing biological incident specific planning considerations.
Target Audience
The target audience and key stakeholders for the Bio KPF DL Course are regional and state, local, tribal and territories (SLTT) emergency managers and planners. However, course content may also be valuable for other stakeholders involved in biological incident planning, response, and recovery. These stakeholders include public health professionals, employees of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), first responders and receivers, private sector partners, and emergency management and public health college-level and advanced degree students.
