Overview

This Integrated Capstone Event (ICE) Emergency Operation Center Virtual (EOCV) involves key personnel from a jurisdiction or cohort participating in a guided incident response exercise. The exercise will begin with an instructor led review of pre-packaged exercise materials. Key personnel will then take supervised lead positions in a four-hour tabletop or virtual exercise discussing challenges and potential problems during the execution of the proposed event. This exercise allows key personnel to assess current plans, policies, and procedures. The ideal training audience will consist of senior leaders focused on decision making during a major event. The exercise scenario will include Mutual Aid, Civil Disturbance, Integration of State / Federal partners, Hazmat event, threat reporting/response, etc. This ICE can be conducted virtually with a web base platform such as WEB EOC; or it can be conducted as a Tabletop Exercise (TTX).
