Introduction to CISA Gateway
Overview
Introduction to CISA Gateway training provides learners with an introduction to the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Gateway’s integrated system of various data collection, analysis, and response tools to include the Surveys and Assessments, Map View, Digital Library, and Events & Incidents functions and capabilities. Additionally, this training will provide learners with an in-depth look at dependency profiles and how to collect, enter, and view, dependency related information.
This training will provide learners with the necessary foundational knowledge related to CISA Gateway’s function as the agency’s primary interface to access a large range of integrated infrastructure security and resilience tools, capabilities, and information to conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, event planning, and incident tracking.
Target Audience
Currently the target audience is CISA Protective Security Advisors (PSA), although some courses are complementary to functions performed by CISA regional personnel and CISA headquarters personnel who support regional missions. Members of the target audience, in addition to PSAs, could include for example: Critical Infrastructure Specialists; Chiefs, Protective Security Advisors; designated Emergency Support Function (ESF)-14 cadre members; Operations Analysts; and Regional Operations Managers.
Prerequisites and Requirements

- AWR-941 Introduction to Security and Resilience
- Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) Authorized User Training
- CISA Gateway Account (CISA Gateway Staging Access with Dependency Assessor Role)

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)/Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) is authorized by IACET (International Accreditors of Continuing Education and Training) to award Contact Hours/CEUs for this activity.
