CDP to host webinars on wide range of topical issues
To continue to help meet the professional development needs of responders, FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness is offering a number of webinars through the end of month.
The webinars will span a wide range of topical issues, from the ‘Behavorial indictors of an active shooter or assailant’ to ‘Emerging and resurging infectious diseases,’ and be offered both during lunchtime and in the early evening. Each presentation will generally run about an hour.
Brief descriptions about and scheduled dates and times of all the webinars can be found at https://cdp.dhs.gov/vilt.
Responders who want to attend a specific webinar will need to visit the same link, click on the ‘Attend Training’ button for that presentation, type in their first and last name, and click ‘Enter Room’ to join the session.
