In addition to being a hazardous materials instructor for FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness the past four years, Scott Davonski is the deputy fire chief for a federal research facility, a deputy chief instructor at the Suffolk County, Virginia Fire Academy, and an instructional coordinator with the Suffolk County Department of Health’s Emergency Medical Services Division.
